This is my story…

My life took a major turn after I went on extended maternity leave. It was during this time that I felt completely invisible, and I knew I had myself to blame.

Despite spending over a decade as an international publicist for high-profile individuals, I realised I had never taken the time to shape or elevate my own personal brand. Fear and self-doubt held me back. But I knew if I wanted things to change, I had to change.

That decision led to an unbelievable transformation, one that continues to unfold today.

My Life in a Nutshell

Baby

I came into the world (accidentally) thanks to my very young parents. My first home was a caravan in front of my Nan’s house.

Fifteen

At 15, I was a high school dropout, pursuing a career in hairdressing to fund my party going lifestyle. A few years later, a wellness retreat helped me realise there was more to life.

Twenty-Seven

At 27, I was running my own PR consultancy in NYC, working with high profile individuals, from supermodels to New York Times bestselling authors, but I stayed firmly behind the scenes.

Thirty-Five

At 35, I was a full time stay at home Mum. I felt invisible without my career. I found the courage to introduce myself in a businesswomen’s networking group and everything quickly changed.

Forty-Two

Today, I am an international speaker and executive coach working with some of the world’s most iconic brands. Proof you can be an introvert and still take up space!
